Cates Park to Quarry Rock

On Sunday May 11th Mother's Day nine B.O.C. members and one quest

met at Cates Park to walk to Deep Cove and hike Quarry Rock.

It was a cloudy sunny day. It is interesting to explore the hidden gems of Vancouver.  After hiking up Quarry Rock some hikers went to the Donut Shop

while others found a more scenic route back to the parking lot.

I would recommend doing this hike only between March 1st and October 31st.

when parking is still free and less people are on the trail.
