Belcara Park & Jug Island

What a lovely, sunny day we had. We had 10 happy and energetic hikers signed up for this outing. There were 9 hikers car pooling from Burnaby City Hall parking lot at 8:30am and headed to Belcarra Park. Arrived at 9:15am and met the other 3 hikers. We started our hike to Jug Island and reached the beach at Jug Island at 10am. Back to Belcarra picnic area for lunch. Then we strolled by the piers to enjoy more sunshine before we headed off to Burns Point. At 3:15pm, we reached our parking place and felt great with our five hour outing.
