Central Valley Cycle Trip

Five cyclists enjoyed sunny weather as they visited several attractions in Burnaby and New Westminster. The recently updated rowing centre at Burnaby Lake provides fine mountain views, and the new nearby cycling bridge over Highway 1 is a welcome bonus. The shady path along the Brunette River led to the linear park at Sapperton Landing, with its broad scenes of the Fraser River and beyond.
