Poco Traboulay Trail

Seven cyclists completed this scenic twenty-five kilometer loop.  After leaving Lafarge Lake, we pedalled beside the rushing water of the Coquitlam River.  On the way to the Pitt River dyke, bears were sighted, but not too closely !   Along the dyke, we had good views of Pitt Meadows farms and nearby peaks The group had lunch overlooking the confluence of the Pitt and Fraser Rivers, then proceeded through Colony Farm Regional Park and back to Lafarge Lake.
